Eye tests are bulk billed where possible through Medicare and direct health fund claiming is also available for your convenience.

For pensioners and health care card holders, we have access to the Victorian Eyecare Scheme for low cost glasses. We also offer a wide range of services for Department of Veterans’ Affairs cardholders.

Regular eye examinations are a beneficial part of maintaining your overall health. Many signs of health related conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure can often be detected in an eye examination, long before the patient has any physical symptoms.

Additional services include retinal photography, automated visual field testing and the newest Zeiss Ocular Coherence Tomography (OCT) machine.

The OCT uses light to analyse all the structures of the eye in fine detail and depth. This creates a digital record of your ocular health to file and compare for changes over time.
